Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un flan métallique soudé (16), comprenant les étapes consistant à : découper une première feuille de métal initiale (1) et une seconde feuille de métal initiale (3) dans une première (2) et une seconde bande métallique (4), assembler les première et seconde feuilles de métal initiales (1, 3) par soudage de manière à obtenir un flan métallique soudé initial (9), le flan métallique soudé initial (9) comprenant un joint de soudure (10) assemblant les première et seconde feuilles de métal initiales (1, 3), et couper ledit flan métallique soudé initial (9) par un procédé impliquant une fusion de métal de manière à obtenir au moins un flan métallique soudé final (16) comprenant une première partie flan métallique (17) et une seconde partie flan métallique (18) raccordées par une partie joint de soudure (19) constituée d'une partie du joint de soudure (10) obtenu pendant l'étape d'assemblage.
