Abstract
Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention concernent des systèmes et des procédés pour un système de traitement de phosphate avec des sous-systèmes intégrés, tel qu'une installation d'acide phosphorique, un système de précipitation, un système de cristalliseur, un système de rinçage, un système de granulation, un système d'eau de bassin, un système d'élimination de matières organiques et/ou un système de traitement d'échappement. De tels sous-systèmes peuvent être intégrés les uns aux autres en utilisant un ou plusieurs flux de sortie provenant d'un ou de plusieurs sous-systèmes comme un ou plusieurs flux d'entrée pour un ou plusieurs sous-systèmes. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le système de traitement de phosphate peut produire de l'acide phosphorique, de la struvite contenant de l'engrais, de l'engrais à l'aide de struvite recyclée, du magnésium ou du fluorure contenant des compositions à l'aide de magnésium ou de fluorure recyclé, et d'autres composants à l'aide d'acide phosphorique recueilli à partir d'une composition d'acide phosphorique et de gypse ou à l'aide de boues recueillies à partir d'un flux de déchets, par exemple.
