Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage destiné à la conservation de produits respirants contenus dans l'emballage, en particulier des légumes, des fruits, des herbes, des épices et/ou des fleurs, et un procédé associé. L'emballage définit un volume d'emballage destiné à contenir une partie des produits et une atmosphère d'emballage, et comprend un matériau d'emballage, en particulier un film polymère contenant du BOPE ou du MDOPE, présentant un trouble d'au plus 10, de préférence d'au plus 5, plus préférablement d'au plus 3, et idéalement d'au plus 2, muni d'une ou de plusieurs perforations permettant un échange gazeux avec l'atmosphère entourant l'emballage pour faire de l'emballage un emballage à atmosphère contrôlée (CAP). L'emballage présente un taux de transmission de dioxyde de carbone pour l'emballage (CO2TRpack) et le CO2TRpack est d'au moins 1 000 ml par 100 grammes de produits à emballer sur 24 heures.
