Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeul de obţinere a metilen-bis(dibutilditiocarbamatului), care este utilizat în calitate de antioxidant fără cenuşă, de aditiv pentru suprapresiuni, precum şi în multe produse pe bază de petrol (lubrifianţi, asfalt etc.)Procedeul constă în interacţiunea soluţiei apoase de dibutilamină şi hidroxid de sodiu cu disulfură de carbon, tratarea produsului obţinut al reacţiei cu clorură de metilen, urmată de prima desorbţie în vid, separarea fazelor, a doua desorbţie în vid a fazei organice şi spălarea cu apă pentru eliminarea clorurii de sodiu.Rezultatul tehnic constă în obţinerea metilen-bis(dibutilditiocarbamatului) cu randament înalt şi coloraţia conform ASTM mai joasă de 2.
