Abstract
The invention refers to the wine industry, namely to a composition of strong drinks. The composition of strong drink contains extracts obtained from the following ingredients of vegetable origin, in kg for 1000 dal of blending: aromatic grape 1000...1200, waxy walnut 350...400, green shell of ripe walnuts 450...500, hop 15...20, lemon wormwood 8...10, Silybum marianum (L.) Gaerth 10...12, marjoram 5...6, lavender 5...6, as well as sugar 450...550, ethyl alcohol and softened water the rest up to the alcohol strength 28 ± 0,5% vol.The result of the invention consists in the creation of a strong drink with increased organoleptic qualitities, with pronounced curative and tonic properties.Claims: 1
