Abstract
Invenţia se referă la anticorpi care se leagă specific la CD134 uman. Anticorpii anti-CD134 umani, conform invenţiei, se leagă specific de domenul extracelular al CD134 uman, inclusiv la alte domene de legare decât cel de legare a ligandului OX40 (OX40L) la CD134 uman, care este exprimat, de exemplu, pe limfocitele T umane efectoare (Teff) CD4 şi/sau CD8 activate convenţional şi pe CD4 reglatoare (Treg) supresoare a limfocitelor T umane activate. Anticorpii anti-CD134 umani din invenţie pot fi utilizaţi (de exemplu, pentru stimularea activităţii anticanceroase a Teff şi/sau inhibarea funcţiei de supresie a Treg) pentru tratamentul cancerului.
