Abstract
The invention refers to the food industry, namely to an alcoholic beverage.The beverage, according to the invention, contains the following components for 1000 L of finished product: balsam with the strength of 42±0,3% vol. 280,00…292,00 L, refined saccharose 82,00…83,00 kg, citric acid 1,80…2,20 kg, sodium benzoate 0,08…0,12 kg, aromatizer "Tonic" 0,40…0,60 kg and carbonated water - the rest, up to the strength of 12% vol. At the same time, the balsam is obtained from sweet flag calamus rhizomes, aboveground part of common marjoram, aboveground part of St. John's wort, aboveground part of milfoil, liquorice root, leuzea carthamoides roots and rhizomes, alcoholized grape juice, caramel, citric acid, sugar and hydroalcoholic solution.The result consists in expanding the assortment of beverages with tonifying properties.
