Abstract
Inventia se refera la industria constructoare de masini, in special la prelucrarea rotilor dintate.Procedeul de prelucrare a dintilor angrenajului precisional consta in comunicarea unei scule a uneimiscari, care imita conditiile reale de exploatare prin deplasari coordonate in raport cu un sistemmobil de coordonate (X1, Y1, Z1) si unul fix (X, Y, Z), originea carora coincide cu centrul miscarii sfero-spatiale, axa Z1 formand cu axa Z un unghide nutatie si descriind o suprafata conica cu varful in centrul miscarii sfero-spatiale. Sculei i se mai comunica o miscare oscilatorie fata de coordonatele X1 si Y1 in conformitate cu ecuatia:X = -Ri(1 - cos Theta) cos Psi sin Psi Y = -Ri(sin2 Psi + cos Theta cos2 Psi);Z = -Risin Theta cos Psi,unde: Ri este coordonata axelor mobile egala cu distanta de la originea coordonatelor X, Y, Z pana la planul in care se afla punctul fix;Theta - unghiul de nutatie, egal cu unghiul intre axele Z si Z1; Psi - unghiul de precesie,axa sculei trecand prin centrul miscarii de precesie sub un unghi fata de planul format de axele X1 si Y1. Sculei executate in forma de disc profilat la extremitate, cu o raza R i se comunica o miscare liniara suplimentara de-a lungul dintelui, sub un unghi Delta >= 0 fata de planul format de axele X1 si Y1. La inceputul prelucrarii, centrul de profilare a discului cu raza R se instaleaza pe conul de divizare de prelucrare a rotii cu varful in centrul miscarii sfero-spatiale, axa de rotatie a sculei se plaseaza perpendicular la axa de rotatie a semifabricatului, axa discului se plaseaza simetric fata de axa Z1. La sfarsitul cursei de prelucrare, centrul razei R a sculei se abate de la conul de divizare de prelucrare a rotii cu varful in centrul miscarii sfero-spatiale cu o valoare data. Scula este executata in forma de discuri profilate inclinate la un unghi maimare ca unghiul de nutatie Theta si este compusa din trei discuri abrazive, dintre care cele laterale sunt executate pe baza de liant flexibil.The invention relates to the machine-building industry, in particular to the gear wheels processing. The process of precision gear tooth processing consists of communicating a tool for unmixing, which mimics the real operating conditions by coordinated displacements in relation to a coordinate system (X1, Y1, Z1) and a fixed one (X, Y, Z), the origin of which coincides with the center of the sphero-spatial motion, the axis Z1 forming with the axis Z a notation angle and describing a conical surface with the tip in the center of the sphero-spatial motion. The tool also communicates an oscillatory movement with the coordinates X1 and Y1 according to the equation: X = -Ri (1 - cos Theta) cos Psi sin Psi Y = -Ri (sin2 Psi + cos Theta cos2 Psi); Z = - Risin Theta cos Psi, where: Ri is coordinated to the moving axes equal to the distance from the origin of the X, Y, Z coordinates to the plane at which the fixed point is located; Theta - the angle of nutrition, equal to the angle between the Z and Z1 axes; Psi - the precession angle, the axis of the tool passing through the center of the precession movement at an angle to the plane formed by the X1 and Y1 axes. The tool executed in the form of a profiled disc at the end, with an radius R, communicates an additional linear motion along the tooth, under an angle Delta> = 0 with respect to the plane formed by the axes X1 and Y1. At the beginning of the processing, the center of profiling of the disk with radius R is installed on the cone of division of processing of the wheel with the tip in the center of the sphero-spatial movement, the axis of rotation of the tool is placed perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the blank, the axis of the disk is placed symmetrical to the Z1 axis. At the end of the processing stroke, the center of the radius R of the tool deviates from the cone of division of processing the wheel with the tip in the center of the sphero-spatial motion with a given value. The tool is made in the form of profiled discs inclined at a same angle as the Theta feed angle and is composed of three abrasive discs, of which the lateral ones are made on the basis of a flexible binder.
