Abstract
Invenţia se referă la anticorpi, care se leagă specific cu CD134 uman. Anticorpii anti-CD134 umani se leagă specific la domeniul extracelular al CD134 uman, inclusiv la domeniile de legare a ligandului non-OX40 (OX40L) al CD134 uman, care este exprimat, de exemplu, pe limfocitele T efectoare (Teff) CD4 şi/sau CD8 umane activate uzual şi pe limfocitele T reglatoare supresoare (Treg) CD4 umane activate.
