Abstract

Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la fabricarea produselor extrudate destinate pentru consum în calitate de dejun uscat şi anume la un procedeu de fabricare a produsului alimentar extrudat de cereale.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include amestecarea boabelor de soriz nedecorticat cu crupe din boabe de porumb nedecorticat şi germeni de grâu, umezirea amestecului cu apă până la umiditatea de 15-20%, omogenizarea şi menţinerea în decurs de 1-2 ore, după care amestecul se extrudează cu obţinerea unor cordoane cu grosimea de 6-8 mm, care se taie în bastonaşe sau bile şi se ambalează cu menţinere ulterioară în decurs de 12-14 ore, totodată cerealele se iau în următorul raport, în %mas.: boabe de soriz nedecorticat 60 - 65, crupe din boabe de porumb nedecorticat 15 - 20, germeni de grâu 15 - 25.
