Abstract
Invenţia se referă la materiale pentru sudarea metalelor, în general, la fluxuri chimice neagresive pentru sudarea pieselor din cupru şi aliajele lui cu oţelul, mai ales aliaje de lipit pe bază de argint sau cupru-fosfor.Se propune un flux pentru sudarea aliajelor din cupru şi oţel, care conţine, în procente de greutate: acid boric 10-15; derivaţii lui: tetraborat de sodiu 3-5 şi anhidridă borică 53,7-74,4; hidratul oxidului unui metal alcalin 5-10, în care se introduce suplimentar aerosil 0,2-0,5; adaos de dezoxidant în cantitate de 7-15, precum şi adaos de activator în cantitate de 0,4-0,8.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în extinderea domeniului de utilizare a fluxului şi în realizarea unei tehnologii de sudare ecologic pure cu aliaje de sudare din argint sau din fosfaţi de cupru în producerea tehnicii refrigerente de uz casnic.
