Abstract
Изобретение относится к индустрии производящей масла, а именно к способу получения жирорастворимого экстракта и белкового продукта из зародышей пшеницы, которые могут быть использованы в пищевой промышленности, медицине и косметике.Способ, согласно изобретению, состоит в том, что сырье сушат при температуре не более 70°C до влажности 6…8%, не больше 10 мин, измельчают до диаметра 2…3 мм, после чего осуществляют экстракцию диоксидом углерода при давлении 22…25 МПа и температуре 45…60°C, в течение 55…60 мин, затем отделяют диоксид углерода с получением жирорастворимого экстракта и белкового продукта и последующей фильтрацией жирорастворимого экстракта.
