Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato y metodo para suministrar polvo cuantitativo y un aparato de suministro de material que incluye al aparato para suministra el polvo cuantitativo. El aparato para suministrar polvo cuantitativo incluye una parte motriz que genera una fuerza motriz utilizando una energia externa; una parte de suministro de polvo conectada a la parte motriz que sigue la operacion de la parte motriz, y transfiere el polvo de acuerdo con una trayectoria predeterminada; una camara colocada a los lados de la parte de suministro de polvo y que recibe el polvo transferido por la parte de suministro de polvo; una parte de compresion que comprime el polvo transferido en la camara; y una parte de suministro cuantitativo que separa una cantidad deseada de polvo del polvo comprimido y descarga el polvo separado de la camara. el aparato de suministro de material incluye un conducto superior que pasa materia prima de plastico proporcionad externamente que tiene un dispositivo de suministro cuantitativo de polvo que descarga el polvo que va a mezclarse con la materia prima de plastico; un conducto de rotacion equipado en forma giratoria en la parte inferior del conducto superior y que incluye una unidad de agitacion que mezcla la materia prima de plastico con el polvo; un conducto inferior colocado por debajo de la parte inferior del conducto de rotacion, que soporta en forma giratoria el conducto de rotacion, y que descarga una mezcla de la materia prima de plastico y el polvo en forma descendente que pasa a traves del conducto de rotacion hacia el exterior, cojinetes dispuestos entre el conducto superior y el conducto de rotacion y entre el conducto inferior y el conducto de rotacion, que soportan en forma giratoria al conducto de rotacion, y que forman un sello entre el conducto de rotacion y los conductos superior e inferior; y una unidad motriz que hace girar en torno de un eje al conducto de rotacion y que opera la unidad de agitacion.
