Abstract
Una lámina de acero de alta resistencia enchapada por inmersión en caliente para estampación que comprende: una lámina de acero laminada en frío que contiene, en términos de % en masa, 0.0005-0.0050% de C, hasta 0.30% de Si, 0.70-3.00% de Mn, hasta 0.05% de P, 0.01-0.05% de Ti, 0.01-0.04% de Nb, 0.0005-0.0030% de B, hasta 0.01% de S, 0.01-0.30% de A1, y 0.0005-0.010% de N, con el resto comprendiendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, y que tiene un valor de TB* definido por la ecuación (A) de 0.03-0.06, donde [Ti] y [B] son el contenido de Ti (%) y el contenido de B (%), respectivamente, y en que [B] y [P] satisfacen la relación (B), donde [P] es el contenido de P (%); y una capa de recubrimiento formada sobre las superficies de la lámina de acero laminada en frío mediante inmersión en caliente. La lámina de acero de alta resistencia tiene una resistencia a la tracción de 340 MPa o más pero menor que 540 MPa, es excelente en términos de resistencia a la fragilización por trabajo secundario, tenacidad a baja temperatura de la soldadura por costura, y resistencia a la corrosión, y es aplicable a tanques de combustible. TB* = (0.11-[Ti]) / ln([B]x10000)) (A) [P]=10x[B]+0.03 (B).
