Abstract
Se describe un método para producir una chapa de acero laminada en frío que tiene una resistencia a la tracción de = 1470 MPa y una elongación total TE = 19%, el método comprende los pasos de recocer, a una temperatura de recocido AT = Ac3, una chapa de acero no tratado cuya composición química contiene en % en peso: 0.34 % = C = 0.40 %, 1.50% = Mn = 2.30%,1.50 = Si = 2.40%, 0 % < Cr = 0.7%,0 % = Mo = 0.3%, 0.01% = Al = 0.07 %, el resto siendo Fe e impurezas inevitables, extinguir la chapa de acero recocida al enfriarla a una temperatura de extinción QT < punto de transformación Ms y entre 150°C y 250°C, y hacer un tratamiento de particionado al volver a calentar la chapa de acero extinguida a una temperatura de partición PT de entre 350°C y 420°C y mantener la chapa de acero a esta temperatura durante un tiempo de particionamiento de entre 15 segundos y 250 segundos.
