Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a células huésped que comprenden un ácido nucleico que codifica las proteínas Rep78 y Rep68 del virus adenoasociado (AAV), en donde el promotor interno de AAV p19 ha sido inactivado por una o más mutaciones que mantienen la funcionalidad de dichas proteínas Rep78 y Rep68.
