Abstract
La invención se refiere a una máquina cortadora de tubos con un tubo (3), del cual se debe cortar longitudinalmente una sección de tubo (3a) y con un troquel de corte fijo (1) y uno de los troqueles de corte fijo (1) opuesta al troquel de corte móvil (2) ya un mandril de corte (13) que se inserta en el tubo (3), con un mandril estacionario (14) y uno de los mandriles estacionarios (14) opuesto al mandril móvil (16), en donde el mandril de corte (13) está dispuesto en una posición de corte durante el proceso de corte en el que el mandril de corte (13) está dispuesto de forma flotante en la tubería (3) y se proporciona un acoplamiento magnético (6) con un estátor de acoplamiento (7) ubicado fuera del tubo (3) y un rotor de acoplamiento (21) dispuesto en el mandril estacionario (14) y se puede controlar un desplazamiento de un campo magnético en una dirección longitudinal (L) por medio de los valores de control y un sensor de posición (8) tiene un estátor de sensor (12) conectado fijamente a un bastidor y un rotor de sensor (19) conectado al mandril estacionario (14) para medir las desviaciones axiales del mandril de corte (13), a partir de la posición de corte, y una unidad de control convierte los valores de desviación medidos en los valores de control mediante los cuales el mandril de corte (13) puede regresar a la posición de corte.
