Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a análogos espirobicíclicos novedosos de fórmula (ver fórmula I) en donde las variables tienen el significado definido en las reivindicaciones. Los compuestos de acuerdo con la presente invención son útiles como inhibidores PRMT5; la invención se refiere además a composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos como principio activo, así como también al uso de dichos compuestos como un medicamento.
