Abstract
En la presente se describen compuestos de la fórmula I (VER FORMULA) Los compuestos de la fórmula I inhiben, regulan y/o modulan el receptor de cinasa, particularmente las vías de transducción de señales de Axl y Mer relacionadas con los cambios en las actividades celulares mencionados anteriormente, las composiciones que contienen estos compuestos y los métodos para usarlos para el tratamiento de enfermedades y afecciones dependientes de cinasas. La presente invención también proporciona métodos para la confección de compuestos mencionados anteriormente, y composiciones que contienen estos compuestos.
