Abstract
En la presente se proporcionan métodos para la alta cuantificación de producción de testosterona, utilizando al menos dos diferentes agentes de derivación de diferentes masas. En otro aspecto, en la presente se proporcionan métodos para determinar la cantidad de testosterona en cada pluralidad de muestras humanas con un solo ensayo espectrométrico de masa al someter a cada pluralidad de muestras humanas a diferentes agentes de derivación para generar una testosterona derivada de manera diferente en cada pluralidad de las muestras; al combinar la pluralidad de las muestras para formar una muestras multiplexada; y cuantificar la cantidad de testosterona en cada muestra por medio de espectrometría de masa.
