Abstract
La presente invención se refiere de manera general a moléculas biespecíficas de unión a antígeno para la activación de las células T y el redireccionamiento a células diana específicas. Además, la presente invención se refiere a polinucleótidos codificantes de dichas moléculas biespecíficas de unión a antígeno, y a vectores y células huésped que comprenden dichos polinucleótidos. La invención se refiere además a métodos para producir las moléculas biespecíficas de unión a antígeno de la invención, y a métodos de utilización de estas moléculas biespecíficas de unión a antígeno en el tratamiento de enfermedades.
