Abstract
Un proceso para producir gas de síntesis de amoníaco a partir de una fuente de hidrocarburos, que comprende: convertir la fuente de hidrocarburos en un gas de síntesis bruto (14) en un reactor (11) ATR o POX que es alimentado con oxígeno (12) o aire enriquecido con oxígeno (28); un tratamiento de cambio de gas de agua del gas de síntesis crudo (14), que consiste en un cambio de temperatura media (15) a una temperatura de 200 - 300 ° C, obteniendo de este modo un gas de síntesis desplazado (16); purificación de dicho cambió de gas de síntesis desplazado (16) que incluye al menos una etapa de adsorción con oscilación de presión (17) para eliminar los óxidos de carbono residuales y el metano del gas de síntesis, la obtención de un gas de síntesis purificado (18), y opcionalmente, la adición de nitrógeno (19) a dicho gas de síntesis purificado (18), obteniendo de este modo el gas de síntesis de amoníaco con un hidrógeno deseada a la proporción de nitrógeno.
