Abstract

El recipiente de plástico se fabrica por el método de extrusión o mediante soplado de PET. Está dotado de un cierre giratorio correspondiente que por medio de un movimiento de giro puede pasar de una posición de cierre a una posición de abertura. Como aspecto particular, el recipiente con su tubuladura, por una parte, y el correspondiente cierre giratorio (16), por otra parte, se componen respectivamente de una sola pieza. El recipiente presenta una tubuladura recta o ligeramente cónica que, en su mitad inferior, forma en el exterior un reborde que sobresale radialmente hacia el exterior, en cuyo borde inferior se puede encajar un cierre giratorio superpuesto con sus elementos de enclavamiento (11) de manera que el mismo se retenga en la tubuladura con posibilidad de girar alrededor de su eje de giro. El reborde forma a su vez superficies radiales que actúan a modo de superficies de tope para nervaduras radiales (14) practicadas por la cara interior del correspondiente cierre giratorio para la limitación del área de giro entre la posición de cierre y de abertura del cierre giratorio sobre la tubuladura. La boca de la tubuladura forma una superficie frontal circular sobresaliente en la que desemboca un canal abierto hacia la cara interior de la tubuladura que en la pared interior de la tubuladura se va ensanchando, desde la tubuladura, en dirección radial. Por la cara interior de su superficie de tapa (12) el cierre giratorio forma dos secciones tubulares (6, 7) rectas o ligeramente cónicas dispuestas concéntricamente. La sección tubular exterior (7) se apoya, con el cierre giratorio colocado, herméticamente en la superficie frontal circular, y la sección tubular interior (6) más larga se ajusta herméticamente a la pared interior de la tubuladura y se extiende al interior de la tubuladura. En un punto determinado presenta un orificio de paso (8). Entre las dos secciones tubulares (6, 7), en la zona del orificio de paso (8), existe en la superficie de tapa (12) un agujero (9) de manera que para la posición de abertura el orificio de paso (8) se pueda desplazar y colocar por encima de la zona del canal ensanchado. En este momento el líquido puede salir al exterior a través del orificio de paso (8) y del agujero (9).
