Abstract

La presente invencion proporciona un sistema de expresion novedoso para la produccion de proteína en huéspedes bacterianos. El sistema utiliza promotores novedosos que son altamente eficientes en el inicio de la transcripcion y por lo tanto aumentan el rendimiento de proteína. Los promotores comprenden la region -35 del promotor consensus E. coli, la region -10 del promotor IppP-5 y un separador entres esas dos regiones derivado de cualquiera de los promotores Ipp p lacUV5.
