Abstract
A cold rolled steel sheet useful as an outer or inner plate for automobile and having an excellent surface quality after press forming and a bake hardenability is provided, which has a chemical composition comprising C: 0.0005-0.0050 mass%, Si: not more than 0.30 mass%, Mn: not more than 1.50 mass%, P: not more than 0.100 mass%, S: not more than 0.020 mass%, sol. Al: not more than 0.080 mass%, N: not more than 0.0070 mass% and Nb: 0.003-0.100 mass% and the remainder being Fe and inevitable impurities, provided that C and Nb satisfy the following relational equation: 0.50 ? ([%Nb]/93) I ([%C]/12) ? 1.50 wherein [%M] represents a content of M element in steel (mass%).
