Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av inklusjonsforbindelser for. piroxicam med P-syklodekstrin. Nærmere bestemt, ifølge fremgangsmåten ved oppfinnelsen, blir den vandige løsningen av to bestanddeler utsatt for en fryseprosess før tørking ved svært høy hastighet. De resulterende produktene har fysiko-kjemiske egenskaper så vel som teknologiske og biofarmasøytiske egenskaper som er fordelaktige sammenlignet med de oppnådd ifølge tidligere kjent fremgangsmåte. De resulterende produktene er egnet for fremstilling av farmasøytiske sammensetninger for oral administrasjon.
