Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår biodegraderbare sammensetninger med vedvarende frigivelse av biologisk aktive forbindelser, der sammensetningen inneholder minst en biologisk aktiv forbindelse og en bærer, som er basert på en biodegraderbar oligoester med antallsgjennomsnittlig molekylvekt Mfra 650 til 7 500, molekylvektgjennomsnitt Mw fra 800 til 10 000 og glassovergangstemperatur Tg -35 til 45°C, og som fremstilles ved polykondenseringsreaksjon av polyol inneholdende minst tre hydroksygrupper med minst en alifatisk a-hydroksysyre i molare forhold mellom polyolen og den alifatiske a-hydroksysyren fra 0,5:99,5 til 12:88, der det sentrale molekylet i den biodegraderbare oligoesteren er en polyol der hy droksy gruppene binder kjeder av ulike molekyler av minst en alifatisk a-hydroksysyre ved esterbindinger.
