Innholdet i oppfinnelsen er en adhesivsammensetning, kjennetegnet ved at den omfatter en vanndispersjon som har en primærdel, bestående hovedsakelig av en gelatinisert stivelse, og en sekundærdel, hovedsakelig omfattende en ikke-gelatinisert stivelse og/eller en svellet stivelse, der stivelsen i den sekundære delen er nativ grønnsaksstivelse og stivelsen i den primære delen eventuelt er en nativ eller modifisert grønnsaksstivelse, nevnte grønnsaksstivelser har et amyloseinnhold på mellom 30 og 52 %. Et annet formål for oppfinnelsen er fremgangsmåte for benyttelse av en slik sammensetning, og omfatter dens påføring, samling av delene og tørking, og tilfredsstiller kravene innen moderne og hurtige maskiner.
