Abstract

En kontinuerlig beltestøpeanordning er tilveiebrakt med et støpeformhulrom og i det minste ett fleksibelt metallbelte med en langstrakt støpeoverflate som passerer igjennom i det minste delvis definerer støpeformhulrommet. En motor er tilveiebrakt for å rotere metallbeltet i en langsgående retning av støpeoverflaten, hvorved støpeoverflaten passerer igjennom støpeformhulrommet i langsgående retning. En smeltet metall tilførselsanordning leveres smeltet metall kontinuerlig til støpeformhulrommet, slik at smeltet metall tilført til støpeformhulrommet størkner og fjernes som et kontinuerlig støpebånd fra støpeformhulrommet ved rotasjon av beltet. Støpeoverflaten er tilveiebrakt med en flerhet av spor rettet i hovedsakelig samme retning. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også et støpebelte for et slikt apparat og en fremgangsmåte for å støpe ved å anvende anordningen.
