Abstract

"TEXTURA DA SUPERFìCIE DE CORREIAS DE LINGOTAMENTO DE MáQUINAS DE LINGOTAMENTO CONTìNUO". A presente invenção refere-se a um equipamento de lingotamento contínuo de correia com uma cavidade de lingotamento, e pelo menos uma correia de metal flexível tendo uma superfície de lingotamento alongada passando através dela e definindo pelo menos parcialmente a cavidade de lingotamento. é fornecido um motor para girar a correia de metal na direção longitudinal da superfície de lingotamento onde a superfície de lingotamento passa através da cavidade de lingotamento na direção longitudinal. Um dispositivo de fornecimento de metal fundido entrega metal fundido continuamente à cavidade de lingotamento, de forma que o metal fundido fornecido à cavidade de lingotamento é solidificado e removido como um lingote de tira contínua da cavidade de lingotamento pela rotação da correia. A superfície de lingotamento é fornecida com uma pluralidade de ranhuras substancialmente orientadas na mesma direção.
