Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår generelt lavkaloribulkmidler (f.eks. cellulose, stivelse, kli, glukaner, hydrokolloider og. lignende) belagt med en lipidforbindelse for å danne en base eller innerlag og deretter innkapsle fiber/lipidkomplekset i en proteinforbindelse som et ytre lag. Som effekt tilveiebringer foreliggende oppfinnelse et leveringssystem for spiselige fibere hvori fuktighetsabsorpsjon ved de spiselige fibrene kan kontrolleres. Ved anvendelse av den innkapslede fiberen ifølge oppfinnelsen kan absorpsjon av vann av den spiselige fiberen (og således svelling av den spiselige fiberen) effektivt forsinkes til den innkapslede fiberen når magen og normale fordøyelsesprosesser begynner.
