Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår forbindelser som reagerer med ionekanaler. Særlig er oppfinnelsen rettet mot forbindelser som har strukturformel I, II, III eller IV stereoisomerer, tautomerer, rasemiske, promedikamenter, metabolitter derav eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt eller solvat derav, der X, Y1, Y2, R''n, R3, R8, R9, R10, L1, L2, Ar1 og Ar2 er definert i krav 1. Oppfinnelsen angår også fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av nevnte forbindelser, farmasøytiske sammensetninger som omfatter nevnte forbindelser, og anvendelse av nevnte forbindelser i fremgangsmåter for behandling av det menneskelige og animalske legemet.
