Abstract
Nye pyrimidinnukleosidforbindelser representert ved den følgende formel (1): [F1] (hvor én av X og Y representerer en cyanogruppe og den andre representerer et hydrogenatom; én av R1 og R2 representerer et hydrogenatom, en karbonylgruppe som har en C1-C6-alkylgruppe som er mono-substituert med en aminogruppe eller en gruppe representert ved (R3)(R4)(R5)Si-, og den andre representerer en silylgruppe representert ved (R6)(R7)(R8)Si-, eller R1 og R2 danner sammen en 6-leddet cyklisk gruppe representert ved -Si(R9)(R10)-; R3, R4, R5, R6, R7 og R8 hver representerer en alkylgruppe, en cyklisk alkylgruppe, en arylgruppe eller en alkylgruppe som er substituert med én eller to arylgrupper; og R9 og R10 hver representerer en alkylgruppe) eller et salt derav. De nye pyrimidinnukleosidforbindelsene oppviser utmerket anti-tumoreffekt sammenlignet med eksisterende pyrimidinnukleosidforbindelser.
