Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en fremgangsmåte for administrasjon av energi i en bygning (10) som omfatter en løfteinstallasjon (13) med en kupé (16) bevegelig i en sjakt (14) og en ventilasjonspassasje (22) mellom sjakten (14) og atmosfæren. Oppfinnelsen utmerker seg ved at fremgangsmåten omfatter de følgende trinnene: Overvåkning av minst én parameter for tilstanden til løfteinstallasjonen (13); evaluering i en styreenhet (32), ventilasjonsfordringene i sjakten (14) basert på den minst ene tilstandsparameteren; veksling av et avtetningselement (30) knyttet til ventilasjonspassasjen (22) fra en åpen posisjon, i hvilken ventilasjonspassasje er hovedsakelig åpen, til en lukket posisjon, i hvilken ventilasjonspassasje (22) er minst delvis avtettet, kun når evalueringen angir at en ventilasjon av sjakten (14) ikke er påkrevet, idet avtetningselementet (30) er forspent i dets åpne posisjon. Oppfinnelsen angår også et system for administrasjon av energi utformet for å iverksette fremgangsmåten i henhold til oppfinnelsen. Fremgangsmåten og systemet i henhold til oppfinnelsen er særlig avpasset for installasjon av en hels i en lavenergi- eller passiv bygning.
