Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av 18F-FDG som kan produsere l8F-FDG i høyt og stabilt utbytte ved syntesen. En fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en forbindelse merket med radioaktivt fluor omfatter trinnene: fremstilling av en reaksjons-oppløsning ved tilsetning, under hermetiske betingelser, TATM og et inert, organisk oppløsningsmiddel til en blanding inneholdende -[18F] fluoridioner, en faseoverførings-katalysator og kaliumioner, og gir reaksjonsbetingelser for reaksjonsoppløsningen under hermetiske tilstander for å oppnå 18F-TAFDG, og å underkaste den oppnådde l8F-TAFDG en debeskyttelsesprosess og eventuelt en renseprosess for å oppnå l8F-FDG.
