Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen angår nye substituerte kinolinderivater ifølge den generelle Formel (Ia) eller Formel (Ib): inkludert enhver stereokjemisk isomerform derav, et N-oksid derav, et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav eller et solvat derav. De krevde forbindelsene er nyttige i behandlingen av en bakteriell infeksjon. Også krevet er en sammensetning omfattende en farmasøytisk akseptabel bærer og, som aktiv ingrediens, en terapeutisk effektiv mengde av de krevde forbindelsene, anvendelsen av de krevde forbindelsene eller sammensetninger for fremstillingen av et medikament for behandlingen av en bakteriell infeksjon og en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille de krevde forbindelsene.
