Abstract

Det er beskrevet nye selektive østrogen resepter modulator forbindelser med den generelle formel: hvor R1 og R2, som er like eller forskjellige er a) H, halogen, OCH3, OH; eller b) hvor X er O, NH eller S; og n er et helt tall fra 1 til 4; og R4 og R5, som er like eller forskjellige, er 1 til 4 karbon alkyl, H, -CH2C=CH eller -CH2CH2OH; eller R4 og R5 danner en N-inneholdende fem- eller seks-leddet ring eller heteroaromatisk ring; eller c) -Y-(CH2)nCH2-O-R6 hvor Y er O, NH eller S og n er et helt tall fra 1 til 4; og R6 er H, -CH2CH2OH eller -CH2CH2CI; eller d) 2,3-dihydroksypropoksy, 2-metylsulfamyletoksy, 2-kloretoksy, 1-etyl-2-hydroksyetoksy, 2,2-dietyl-2-hydroksyetoksy eller karboksymetoksy; og R3 er H, halogen, OH eller -OCH3; og deres ikke toksiske farmasøytisk akseptable salter og estere og blandinger derav, idet forbindelsene viser verdifulle farmakologiske egenskaper.
