Abstract

Amfoterlcln B preparat Inneholdende partikler av amfoterlcln B og kolesterolUlfat, 1 et molforhold på mellom ca. 1:1 til 1:4. Partiklene har, når de lagres 1 lyofillsert form og rekonstitueres 1 en vandig suspen-sjon, partlkkelstørrelse hovedsakelig mellom ca. 100 og 400 nm. Preparatet viser betydelig redusert toksisitet, uten tap av antl-soppvlrksomhet, sammenlignet med kjente AMB preparater.
