Abstract

Det fremstilles stabile, klar-til-bruk vandige løsninger av doxorubicin inneholdende et fysiologisk akseptabelt salt av doxorubicin, natriumacetonbisulfitt som antioksidant, vann og, om nødvendig en tilstrekkelig mengde av en fysiologisk akseptabel syre eller base til justering av løsningens pH-verdi til innenfor et område på ca. 2,5 til ca. 6,0. Løsningene har en akseptabel lagertid på mere enn 3 år ved 4°C.
