Abstract

Vaksine for forebyggende behandling mot infeksjon av leverikte hos drøvtyggere, hvor antigenet er glutation- S-transferase ekstrahert fra voksne ormer fra F. hepatica. Antigenet kan også være syntetisk ekvivalente molekyler og ekvivalente molekyler fremstilt ved rekombinante DNA-teknikker. Metoder for fremstilling er også beskrevet.
