Abstract

Kontinuerlig prosess for massefremstilling ved bruk av l løsningsmiddel, hvorved alle hovedbehandlingskar (23, 24, 85, i 103, 105) renses med oksygenfri gass (f.eks. nitrogen) når ! fremstillingsprosessen avbrytes eller avsluttes. Treflis ; eller annet fiberholdig cellulosemateriale for massefremstil- ; ling dampes i en første, horisontal dampningssone (23) ved trykk av ca. 7,0-1,4 kg/cm2 og deretter i en andre, horisontal dampningssone (24) ved trykk på ca. 1,4-5,3 kg/cm1. Gasser, : innbefattende fordampet løsningsmiddel (f.eks. etanol eller annen alkohol) avledes (gjennom 30, 36) fra dampningssonene og løsningsmiddel tilsettes (ved 39) i det dampede materialet innen dette fremfares til en høytrykksmater (11). Høytrykks- materen innfører materialet i den øvre ende av et enkelt- : kokerkar (12) hvor væske og flis utskilles i den øvre ende av " kokerkaret uten bruk av mekaniske midler som kan fremkalle en gnist. Ligningholdig væske avledes fra et midtparti (14) av kokeren og strømmer gjennom flash-tanker (51-53) for avslut- tende gjenvinnig av lignin og alkohol. Vasking som også kan foretas ved bruk av løsningsmiddelholdig masse fra et sats- system, gjennomføres ved at massen først overføres kontinuer- lig til en trykkdiffusør (85), derfra til en første fler- trinns-trommelfortrengningsvasker (103) og videre til en andre flertrinns-trommelfortrengningsvasker (105).
