Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for etablering av faktoravhengige, humane B-cellelinjer som er i stand til å utskille immuno- globulin med en ønsket spesifisitet, og med evne til langvarig dyrkning. Frem- gangsmåten omfatter utvelgelse av en hvilende B-celle med immunoglobulin av den ønskede spesifisitet og dyrkning av den i nærvær av et middel som er i stand til å kryssbinde dens CD40-over- flateantigener.
