Abstract
Heterocykliske, aromatiske forbindelser med biocid aktivitet inneholdende to heteroatomer valgt fra oksygen, svovel og nitrogen og substituert med en aminoalkanolgruppe, hvilke forbindelser har formelen: ArCH2NHR (D eller en monometyl- eller monoetyleter derav, idet forbindel- sen med formel (I) inkluderer disse etrene inneholdende ikke mer enn 29 karbonatomer totalt, eller en ester eller et salt derav; hvor Ar er et kondensert, tetracyklisk, heteroaromatisk ringsystem med formel (a) hvor Z er oksygen, svovel eller en gruppe NR1 hvor R1 er hydrogen, metyl eller etyl og (B) er et bicyklisk, aromatisk ringsystem omfattende en fenylring og et valgt fra 5-leddet ringsystem som inneholder et heteroatom Z oksygen, svovel eller en gruppe NR2 hvor R2 er hydrogen, metyl eller etyl; hvor det tetracykliske ringsystemet eventuelt er substituert med en eller to substituenter; og R inneholder ikke mer enn 8 karbonatomer og er en gruppe (f) eller (S) hvor n er O eller 1; R5 er hydrogen eller alkyl eventuelt substitu- ert med hydroksy; R7 og R8 er like eller forskjellige og hver er hydrogen eller alkyl; R9 er hydrogen, metyl eller hydroksy- metyl; (c) er en 5- eller 6-leddet karbocyklisk ring; R10, R11 og Rlz er like eller forskjellige og hver er hydrogen eller metyl; R11 er hydrogen, metyl, hydroksy eller hydroksymetyl; Ru er hydrogen, metyl, hydroksy eller hydroksymetyl.
