Abstract

Dyrkningsbeholder, som ligner en rulleflaske, for cellekulturer som danner en tilførselsbeholder, inneholder et næringsmedium hvor det er arrangert minst en produksjonsbeholder som mottar cellekulturene og blir overskyllet av næringsmedium og separert fra næringsmedlet av en dlalysemembran hvori gjennom næringsmidler blir transportert fra tllførselsb- eholderen inn i produksjonsbeholderen, og med et gasstilførsel og fJerningssystem inn i tilførselsbe- holderen er beskrevet. For å på dette grunnlaget å gjøre tilgjengelig en dyrkningsbeholder for å danne cellekulturer med en høy celletetthet som er økonomisk å fremstille og hvor faren for infeksjoner er redusert er det foreslått at det blir tllveiebragt som et gasstilførsel og avløpssystem for gasser som er nødvendige og som blir produsert i løpet av celledyrk- nlngen en gassutveksllngsmembran som danner i det minste en del av den ytre veggen til dyrkningsbe- holderen og hvor det totale overflatearealet, materi- alet og tykkelsen blir valgt slik at permeabiliteten overfor oksygen er minst 0,01 mg/t for hver 107 celler. Fremgangsmåter for celledyrking hvori et næringsmedium som overskyller en produksjonsbeholder som er forseglet på alle sidene og som inneholder cellekulturen som blir dyrket er plassert i en dyrkningsbeholder og en kontinuerlig rullende bevegelse blir påført dyrknings- beholderen. En fremgangsmåte som er lett å anvende og som tilveiebringer høye celletettheter med samtidig høy vitalitet kan bli dannet på kort tid blir produksjons- beholderen fylt med cellekulturen som blir dyrket på en slik måte at den inneholder en luftboble hvor volumet okkuperer 10 % av volumet til produksjonsbeholderen, og en kastende bevegelse av kulturbeholderen kommer l tillegg til den rullende bevegelsen på en slik måte at luftboblene beveges i cellekulturen.
