Abstract

Et Ikke-naturllg forekommende nukleinsyremolekyl som kan blokkere eller interferere med et repllkatlvt mellomprodukt av et virus, et vlrusold eller et vlroid, er beskrevet. Nukleinsyremolekylet kan Inneholde et rlbozym eller en mengde rlbozymer. Alternativt kan nukleinsyremolekylet være et antlsensnukleinsyre molekyl. RIbozymet kan være et hårnålrlbozym, et hammerhoderibozym, et RNAse P rlbozym, et mlnizym eller annet katalytisk RNA molekyl. Viruset kan være et dyr, et pattedyr, en plante, en sopp, en protozo, en gjær, en bakteriell virus eller en human virus. Nukleinsyre- molekylet kan bli uttrykt i cellen eller kan bli fordannet og administrert ex vlvo.
