Abstract

Det tilveiebringes nye antitussiver som er forskjellig fra eksisterende antitussiver eller dem som er under utvik- ling. Antitussiver inneholder morfinanderivater representert ved forbindelse 6: OH O Me eller farmakologisk akseptable syreaddisjonssalter derav og disses derivater eller salter som aktive bestanddeler. Antitussivene i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse har sterk antitussiv virkning som sterkt selektive K-opioid-ago- nister, og kan således benyttes som nyttige antitussiver.
