En fore- trukket artikkel er kjennetegnet ved en organisk matriks som ialt vesentlig har tatt opp et nytt, seigt, adherent elastomerisk harpiksaktig bindemiddel- system innbefattende et reaksjonsprodukt enten valgt fra (1) en polyuretan-prepolymer med et aminherdemiddel, (2) en polyuretan-prepolymer- emulsjon med et epoksy-funksjonelt materiale og et amin-funksjonelt materiale, og (3) en polyuretan- polymeremulsjon med et epoksy-funksjonelt materi- ale og et amin-funksjonelt materiale i et vandig sy- stem.
