Abstract
Denne fremgangsmåte for korrosjonshemmende behandling av snodde kabler samt trekksystem tar utgangspunkt i en snodd kabel (8) med et belegg av residualsink fra en sinkbehandling eller galvanisering av metalltråd som senere er blitt trukket og snodd, selv om belegget er meget sparsommelig, idet det bare er det som er igjen på kabelens (8) tråder eller filamenter, uten noen avsetning av metall eller organisk eller syntetisk resin osv. Følgende trinn er innbefattet: avfetting, væskefjerning, vasking, nøytralisering, kromatering, væskefjerning og vasking, forsegling, væskefjerning og tørking, med mulighet til å utelate det andre vaske- trinn, avhengig av det foreliggende tilfelle, med senere videreføring til et siste smøretrinn. Trekksystemet er basert på selvregulerende motorer (30) med varierbar hastighet, hvor hver av motorene (30) er forbundet med en spole (6) i hvert trinn i fremgangs- måten. For hver motor (30) innbefattes en enhet be- stående av en momentarm (26), motvekt (25) og analog detektor (29) for regulering av motorhastighet når kabelspenningen varierer.
