Abstract
Fremgangsmåte og anordning for å overvåke statusen til partikkelfiltreringsanordninger runnet i forskjellige filterenheter. Det anvendes en eller flere lyskilder anordnet på kryss over filterenheten med en eller flere korresponderende detektorer som detekterer endringer i lysintensiteten fra lyskilden. Når en lekkasje forekommer hvor støv frigjøres til atmosfæren rundt en gitt filter, vil detektorene registrere en reduksjon i lysintensiteten og vil alarmere om et problem. Ved å bruke flere lyskilder og detektorer ; eller ved å få signalene fra forskjellige vinkler fra en enkel lyskilde og detektor, tilveiebringes det en hurtig og nøyaktig utpeking av lekkasjeproblemene.
