Abstract

Denne oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en ledningsrør-ståltype med ultrahøy styrke og lavt flytegrense-forhold, og som har utmerket HAZ-seighet og felt-sveisbarhet, samt en strekkfasthet på minst 950 MPa (som over- stiger X100 ifølge API-standarden). Stålet er av en type som har lavt karboninnhold, høyt innhold av Mn-Ni-Mo-Nb, og inneholder spor av Ti, og som selektivt inneholder B, Cu, Cr og V, hvor nødvendig, dets mikrostruktur omfatter en blandet myk/ hard tofase-struktur av martensitt/bainitt og ferritt, med en ferrittfraksjon på 20-90%, idet ferritten inneholder 50-100% bearbeidet ferritt, og ferritt-kornstørrelsen er ikke større enn 5 pm. Fremstilling av et ledningsrør-stål med ultrahøy styrke og lavt flytegrense-forhold (som overstiger X100), og som er utmerket når det gjelder lavtemperatur-seighet og felt- sveisbarhet, blir mulig. Som resultat kan sikkerheten ved en rørledning forbedres bety- ! delig, og rørledningens utførelseseffektivi- ! tet og transporteringseffektivitet kan kraftig forbedres.
